Based at our group Transit Centre in Shrewsbury, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills to join our award-winning team. The team you could be joining has been recognised by Ford Motor Company in the last 2 years for outstanding performance and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discussing customer needs and advising them on the most suitable vehicle
- Provide outstanding customer service through a structured sales process
- Arranging and accompanied test drives
- Negotiating sales and trade-in prices
- Working out finance arrangements and packages, which include organising registrations and delivery of new vehicles
- Highlighting any additional products relevant to the customer
- Processing orders and completing relevant paperwork
- Updating customers on the progress of orders and contacting potential customers to update them about new vehicles and deals
- Keeping display and showroom standards tidy
- Prospecting and growing customer base
- Manning off-site promotional events when needed
- Providing all customers with necessary relevant information and literature
- Inspecting vehicles pre-delivery
- Protect customers data and help keep accurate and relevant data in order to use safely

**About you**:

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence required
