**Skills, knowledge and experience required**:

- Audio typing
- Good working knowledge of Office 365
- High standard of English grammar and spelling
- General administration/office skills
- Telephone skills
- Time management skills

**Practical skills**:

- Ability to deal sensitively with clients
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of using office equipment, e.g. photocopiers, scanners, fax machines
- Filing
- Dealing effectively with clients
- Diary management
- Deal with clients
- Knowledge of the administrative systems used in legal case management (not essential)

**Tasks**
- Answering the telephone/taking messages
- Dealing with clients and other people calling at the office
- Progressing cases as requested by the fee earner
- Making appointments

**General administrative tasks in relation to individual file management**:

- Word processing
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Making up bundles for hearings
- Linking incoming post to appropriate case files
- Ensuring outgoing post is taken to reception for dispatch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,821.00-£21,000.00 per year
