Be-IT is working with growing international organisation to provide project and change management services for IT transformation projects including the integration of acquired businesses.

This will involve;
- IT project management, ensuring tight controls are maintained through all aspects of the project lifecycle. This will also include the generation of project documentation such as a requirements definition, functional and technical specifications, projectinitiation and definition documents, progress reports, etc.
- To project manage the IT integration of acquired businesses; ensuring tight controls are maintained through all levels of the project lifecycle.
- Managing and reporting progress, resource availability, budget and forecasting, contractual obligations and ensure visibility of key risks / issues to the IS Integration Lead and Programme Manager where appropriate.
- Ensuring current project and change management methodology is adhered to throughout all aspects of each project.
- Acting as the interface with the acquired business, IT project teams and external suppliers
- Being responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the project
- Experience of successfully delivering complex IT projects within a global business
- Experience of project and change management in delivering IT integration projects
- Experience in managing project managers and supporting roles as appropriate
- Extensive overall knowledge of IT planning including but not limited to the areas of infrastructure and security, service delivery and business systems
- Highly competent in MS Project and MS Teams Planner
- Knowledge of general business processes and IS quality standards in a global company
- Knowledge of Prince 2 Project Management methodology
- Ability to influence across a matrix organisation

This will be permanent role based in Glasgow area with mix of working from home and meetings in office.
