IT Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering and logging incoming calls and chat support requests
- Maintaining detailed, accurate notes and time records
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues until resolution or escalation
- Referencing and updating client documentation and user guides
- Liaising with 3rd party software vendors

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience of working within a Managed Service Provider is highly desirable but not essential
- Competent at using Active Directory
- Competent at using and troubleshooting Office 365
- Windows Server and Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Peripheral support - printers & scanners etc
- Experience with security products
- Detailed ticket logging
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including routers

This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Engineer to develop their skills and knowledge with exposure to 2nd and 3rd line issues.
