**OVERVIEW**

Responsibility for the collation of equipment as requested by project staff and ensuring the delivery of such items to clients. Facilitate the requirements by supplying items from stock or by purchasing from the approved vendors as per company procedures.

- Non-conformances - report any non-conformances and incidents to the HSEQ representative/line manager as appropriate.
- Improvements - interface with the HSEQ representative/line Manager on any HSEQ related issues/ initiatives.
- Team working - Communicate well and participate as part of a team, undertaking any additional tasks as directed to exceed our customers expectations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Use of ERP system
- Purchase orders.
- Arranging hire equipment.
- Goods receipt.
- Maintenance and storage of equipment.
- Operating MHE.
- Driving company vehicles.
- Mobilising and demobilising equipment locally and internationally.
- Housekeeping.
- Filing paperwork.
- Inventory management.
- Once sufficiently trained, additional responsibilities may include our Renewables or Radioactive departments.
