Daily duties will include
- Chasing outstanding documentation from clients and external firms
- General administration duties such as handling the post, booking appointments etc
- Issuing Data Subject Access Request's to firms
- Ad Hoc tasks
- Excellent telephone manner
- PC Literate - Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent organisation skills and a proactive attitude to work
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail

It is preferable that they have:

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Working knowledge of financial claims process
- Previous experience working within a SRA or FCA regulated environment
