Quest Search & Selection are currently working with this omnichannel retail business who have over 100 stores and a strong presence online and also via their member’s club.

As Online Merchandiser, you will be pivotal in advancing the performance and expansion of the E-commerce platform.

**Roles and Responsibilities as Online Merchandiser -**
- Analyse sales performance data to provide insights on online trade performance.
- Identifying opportunities for the growth of online exclusive product.
- Grow sales and ensure creation of a balanced product offering, using analytics to optimise the site and drive web traffic.
- Facilitate communication between the buying team and the online team.
- Use product performance and stock levels to influence online marketing activities and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant.

**Key Requirements for this Online Merchandiser -**
- Ideally having a degree or equivalent education.
- Has prior 1-2 years’ experience working in ecommerce/ merchandising experience.
- Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge in using computers and related software.
- Knowledgeable in forecasting principles and the primary elements of the Buying Cycle will be a plus.
