**Starting Salary: £23,000**

We are expanding our Operations team and seeking to recruit a **Client Liaison & Quality Assessor** to support our clients and service users.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that our service users receive a quality person-centred service to the standards set out in both the Care Plan and Crossroads’ policies and procedures.

With responsibility for undertaking half-yearly reviews of care for all service users, including risk and Mental Capacity Act assessments, liaising with Social Workers, GPs, Hospitals, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacies and family members/advocates in relation to the service user’s ongoing needs, as well as addressing any concerns service users or field staff have raised about the quality of care, this role offers an exciting opportunity to progress your career in the Care Industry.

You will have a Level 3 Award in Health & Social Care, demonstrate a passion for care, as well as a genuine desire for all service users to live safely and independently in their own home, in an environment characterised by dignity and respect.

You will need to hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be willing to travel around to all of Crossroads’ service users’ locations, including Gloucester and Hereford.
