**Responsibilities**:

- Create and collate clients claim files.
- Inspect, record, scan and file documents.
- Answer and resolve client queries.
- Gather information from your client to support their claim.
- Communicate with other Teams.

Hours:

- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
- Friday 9am - 4pm

Holidays:

- 25 days plus Bank Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
