Speeds Pharmacy is a family-run company established over 35 years. The pharmacy has a reputation for high professional standards and dedication to the health and welfare of customers and patients.

The pharmacy has a substantial dispensing business and is equipped with two dispensaries. The team consists of numerous dispensers and technicians, pharmacists, and a team manager.
- **Description of Role**:_

You will contribute towards providing an efficient and professional service, participating in all pharmacy processes, and establishing relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.

The role will encompass all activities within a community pharmacy, including:

- the recommendation and selling of medicines
- receipt and storage of medicines
- prescription receipt and transfer of prescriptions to the patient
- labelling and dispensing of prescriptions
- answering and directing telephone calls
- **Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:_
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services, or willing to undertake the training
- the ability to work efficiently, methodically and accurately without direct supervision
- be an excellent communicator whilst protecting confidentiality
- a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- ability to work within timescales and under pressure
- prior pharmacy experience desirable but training could be considered for the right individual
- **Working Hours**:_
- The pharmacy is open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and from 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturdays.
- Full-time hours are 40 hours per week although we would consider part-time hours
