**Fixed-Term Correspondence Customer Service Agent**
- £20,319 pro rata- Are you looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking for an employer to give you a chance to try something different? Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term basis.-
- We are looking for someone who is customer focused and has strong communication skills. You will receive support and coaching within this role and learn new skills.**Person specification**
- Experience of handling high volume correspondence
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent attention to detail and grammar
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team

- Flexible hours over 5 days a week
