**About the Role**:
**GSL Education** are actively seeking a qualified **Teaching Assistant** for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in **Ashington, Northumberland.** We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Primary Teaching Assistant committed to nurturing the educational journey of young learners and, providing invaluable support to both students and teachers.

**Primary Teaching Assistant Role**:

- Establish a welcoming and compassionate presence for the children, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the academic and social needs of the children, adjusting teaching approaches to cater to individual learning styles.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team, ensuring a cohesive and cooperative approach to education.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and effective learning strategies on a daily basis.
- Provide personalized support to students through one-on-one interactions, addressing their specific academic and social requirements.
- Facilitate learning in small groups, fostering a collaborative and interactive learning environment.
- Follow the guidance of the class teacher, ensuring alignment with the overall educational objectives and plans.
- Grades A-C in Maths, English, and Science.
