Arnold & Phillips have the requirement for a Part-Time Accompanied Viewer to join our market leading team of Estate Agents.

Based from the Ormskirk office the successful applicant should be prepared to cover viewings across our Ormskirk and Southport branches. As such, access to your own transport is essential for this role.

This role will be offered for 16 hours a week on a part-time basis initially, will the possibility to increase to full-time in the future. The starting salary for this role will be minimum wage offered on a pro rata basis.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work required.

Experience is not essential for this role but a general understanding and interest in the local property market would be beneficial. An immediate start is available.
