TRC has teamed up with a fantastic children’s care provider who has recently extended its patch of homes into Northampton.

My client is looking for a manager to join the senior management team and run a new provision in Northampton. The home is a 3 bedded EBD home, newly refurbished to a high standard.

Reporting to Operations Director / Responsible Individual

**Duties**:

- To deliver on the content of the Certificate of Registration and the Statement of Purpose for the establishment.
- To ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations (2015) and the Quality Standards.
- To establish and monitor high quality standards of care in line with Quality Standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose and developing quality assurance measures to ensure these standards are maintained.
- To take the lead in setting standards and evaluating achievements.
- To ensure that every young person has care plans reflecting their education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs and that these plans are regularly reviewed.
- To take a lead role in overseeing the development, implementation and monitoring of all young people’s care plans.
- Ensure that each young person has an allocated keyworker who oversees their care.
- To ensure children and young people realise their full potential in line with the Quality Standards.
