**Working hours**
- Full time & Part time positions available
- Alternate weekends required
- Possibility of sleep shifts

Mixture of shifts available.

**What your typical day would look like**
- Supporting a diverse group of learning-disabled adults with complex needs and varying levels of challenging behaviours.
- Managing those behaviours in positive ways and increasing everyday life skills with the involvement of stimulating activities.
- Supporting our service users in all aspects of daily living and personal care.
- Report writing and care planning.

**Who we are looking for**

We are searching for professional, dedicated and experienced (preferred however not essential) Support Workers to create the best possible lives for our service users and support for their families. Open-mindedness along with great communication skills are must as well as the ability to work well within a team or own initiative.
