Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day aspects of the café.
- Supervise and train volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all area's.
- Develop and maintain menus with the Kitchen Manager that meet quality standards and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed in conjunction with the Centre Manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure all Café areas are clean and tidy implementing a daily, weekly monthly schedule
- Working along side the whole Day Centre Team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Organise daily operations, motivating and managing the team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

Pay: From £11.57 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
