Job description

Inventory clerk required based from Thetford in Norfolk, you will need to be able to use word, take good quality photos for this we provide a Samsung pad and a mobile telephone. You will need to be able to converse with a wide variety of people including tenants, agents and landlords. You need to be physically fit and able to walk flights of stairs and take readings at floor level. You will be working on your own therefore initiative is essential and time management a must. We require great flexibility and your availability needs to be Monday through to Saturday with short notice given for work required. You will need your own reliable car and insurance cover for business use. We provide the required pension and mileage from Thetford to the property at 45p a mile. This is not a home based job you will be working in the property producing the required job.
