We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our B&B. This is a key leadership role where you will be managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning projects
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy and maintenance requests

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is required
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of housekeeping staff
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
