Sir Robert McAlpine are currently looking for an Administrator to join the A19 DBFO Project in Billingham. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months and will be on a part time basis, working 25 hours (3 full days) a week.

**The Administrator role**

The Administrator will join a small technical administration team based at the A19 DBFO Project in Billingham. They are the ‘go to team' for all technical administrative support across the project providing a comprehensive customer focussed service. The team manages the day-to-day functions which support the delivery of the project including:

- Managing road space bookings
- Processing abnormal loads
- Inputting lane closure records
- Data input onto bespoke database
- Minute taking
- General administrative support

**Your profile**

**Ideally you'll have;**
- Proven experience working in a busy office with variable demands and competing priorities, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience of data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- High standards and attention to detail
- A strong team spirit and eagerness to support your colleagues
- A flexible approach to working
