The nanny should be very organised, hard working and reliable. There is a requirement to work until 9pm on a Monday. Kindness is a must and a problem solving and patient approach to discipline is preferred. The family have three live in dogs and two gerbils, the nanny must be ok with this. Non smoker/non vaper essential.
