This is a first for the Early Years Sector.

You will join us as a **Team Leader** at our **Nursery on the Green Day Nursery in Redbourn **on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) and will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 07.30-18.30, Monday-Friday, all-year-round.

We are seeking a very special person to join us in this room-based, leadership role. Someone who:

- Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
- Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
- Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated.
- Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others.
