**The Job**

You will be sourcing high calibre individuals for periodic Graduate Training Academies and will work closely with HR and the Head of Learning and Development to ensure new talent are closely screened, assessed, and onboarded into the business to provide every chance of success and a longstanding career with STR.

**Key Accountabilities for the role**
- Be meticulous and planned in maintaining relationships / touch points with Consultants who are potential future hires for STR including building this information into Bullhorn
- Utilise Linked-In Recruiter to develop, manage and maintain a high-quality network of talent, through proactive searching and recommendation. Where appropriate, use Job Boards to do the same
- Work with STR Brand Directors to firmly establish their unique requirements for new talent, and build a first-class profile of what makes an STR / STR brand person from a cultural, performance, personality, hobby/interest, and ethical standpoint to make sure new hires share our values

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
