**Salary**: £50,000 - £60,000

A fantastic opportunity has risen for Accounting Operations Manager to join a great, growing energy business in Coventry. The company is looking for a strong leader to come into the business and be able to motivate and lead a team of both Accounts Receivablespecialists and Accounts Payable specialists

Duties of an Accounting Operations Manager includes:

- Leading a team of both Accounts Payable specialists and Accounts Receivable specialists
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
- Monitoring team processes and when needing to do so - implementing changes
- Provide data for management accounts, forecasts, budgets and other ad-hoc reports within deadlines, or a timely manner
- Supporting any annual audit requirements and providing relevant information to ensure an effective audit
- Supporting other finance departments
- Have experience in a similar title or level
- Work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Have a relevant accounting or finance qualification (preferably)
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to challenge others or to escalate to others
- Ability to work unsupervised
