Place Farm House is due to open it's new extension in January 2024 and with it become a 23 bed care home. The home set in the residential area of Patcham and has been established for 31 years, priding ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents. The home is in quiet surroundings and has good views of the Sussex Downs and is in walking distance of good bus route's and the London Road (A27).

We are looking to recruit a cleaner who is outstanding and has a desire to make a difference to the elderly in the daily care which they require. You must have an eye for detail, enjoy cleaning and housekeeping and able to adapt to the changing needs of our residents and the home. You will need to work closely with our care and domestic team and have an enthusiastic and happy disposition. We strive to provide a supportive environment to work within, with management available daily to support you to do your job well. We have a close knit team who know the home and this contributes to Place Farm House being an enjoyable and fun place to work.

Principle Responsibilities
- Cleaning of resident bedrooms to a high standard, including deep cleaning
- Cleaning dining rooms / lounges / lavatories.
- Cleaning carpets when required
- Restocking toiletries, soaps, towels etc. as and when required.
- Housekeeping duties,
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
