MT14143_1676397603A market leading global construction and property consultancy is seeking a Principal Designer to join their team based in their Northampton office.

The Principal Designer will understand the pre-construction phase plan in various sectors including commercial, residential, and retail.

The Principal Designer will have a strong knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015.

This role would suit a Principal Designer who is looking to step into a larger company that can provide not only qualifications and CPD support, but promotional opportunities and career longevity.

**The Principal Designers Role**
- Act as Principal Designer or CDM Advisor on small-large scale projects
- Ensure designs & designers comply with general principles of prevention
- Provide H&S advise, support and training across the client base
- Conduct audits to include general H&S compliance
- Involved in the creation of PQQ/tender documents

**The Principal Designer**
- NEBOSH General certificate or Construction H&S
- GradIOSH as a minimum (or working towards)
- APS Membership preferable
- Experience providing clients with H&S advise in the Construction, Retail or Property industry
- Understanding of the pre-construction phase
