We are seeking a hardworking and passionate person to join our team. As a colleague working in our bakery department, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen. - **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare and cook food items following spec sheets and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas and equipment according to established standards of hygiene.
- Cleaning and washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, and utensils.
- Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
- Organising and correctly storing food supplies.
- Ensuring bins are emptied and disinfected regularly.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Keeping all food to go machines clean and tidy throughout your shift.

**Due to the alcohol licensing Laws we require the applicants to be 18 years +**

It is a busy but varied role, meeting new people every day and working in a fun environment as part of a dedicated team. No experience necessary, full training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
