**Residential Care Officer (Alan Shearer Residential)**

**Salary**:£14.56 per hour - £28,014 per annum (+ enhanced overtime + sleep in allowance)

Welcome bonus of up to £350
**Location**: West Denton, Newcastle upon Tyne (NE15)
**Hours**: Full time over a 7-day rota

We are expanding our service and are looking for people with the drive and desire to work alongside young adults with learning and/or physical disabilities. The successful applicants will be compassionate and caring, and committed to making a real difference to the lives of our residents.
- Support our residents to achieve a healthy lifestyle by promoting positive choices using a person-centred approach.
- Support our residents with a meaningful activities programme.
- Administer or support to self-administer prescribed medication in line with policy**.**:

- Beproactive in supporting colleagues when dealing with difficult situations.
