Groundworks Supervisor

Activus Recruitment are seeking a Groundworks Supervisor to join our clients team based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will require regular travel to sites across Scotland and occasionally the UK.

**Key Duties**:

- Managing a team of Groundworkers, Labourers and subcontractors
- Managing various tasks including drainage, concrete, pit installations, slabs, kerbs etc. to a high standard.
- Ordering Materials
- Ensuring all plant and equipment has been arranged
- Operating plant
- Working to programmes and deadlines.
- Ensuring health and safety is in place and adhered to.
- Carrying out Quality checks.

**Personal Requirements**
- Extensive experience of drainage, concrete and external works essential.
- Supervisory experience and excellent Management Skills essential
- Good communication skills essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to understand construction drawings.
- CSCS/CPCS certified preferably with experience operating 180 and 360 excavators, dumper and roller.
- Clean driving licence
- **Must be willing to travel throughout Scotland**
