We are looking for a Telesales to join ourfast-paced environment at our premises on 70 Northumberland Avenue, Hull HU2 0JB.

**The role**

As a telesales agent, you will work in a Sales office with other team members taking phone orders for delivery the following day.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordiante with transport and warehouse ensuring deliveries reach customers within a tiemly manner
- Working with the finance team, assisting where possible with customer payments
- Ensure all debts owed to the company are recovered in a timely manner
- Correct driver folders before delivery
- Promote and encorouage CK Fast Foods online order platform
- Assist with any other ad-hoc office duties
- Previous use of SAP Business One
- Meticulous in ones approach
- Desire to progress
- Be able to work well in a fast paced enviroment
- Work with customers from various backgrounds

**Schedule**

**Sunday to Thursday**

Sunday - 11:30 - 18:00 - 30 mins break

Monday to Thursday - 12:00 - 18:00 - 30 mins break

Please note finish time may not always be 18:00. However, this is a rough estimate based on current employee timings.

Finish time can be earlier or later depending on the day.

Please note you may also be required to work Fridays or start earlier to cover absent or AL staff.

Please note: CK Foods employees must be flexible in their approach with regards to covering holidays, sickness or any other requirements regarding the needs of the business which may include some additional weekend work.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
