My client a successful and growing Construction recruitment agency are looking to hire Trainee Recruitment Consultants in their offices in central London. This is a resourcing role.

This is a small but growing and ambitious team of 8 that are looking to add 2 or 3 resourcers to their team ASAP. As such you will have direct support from Directors, and very experienced consultants in order to kick start your recruitment career.

The role
- Working on roles such as Quantity Surveyor, site Manager and Project Manager for a range of clients in UK
- The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will manage relationship with existing clients
- Business development using LinkedIn, and cold calling from sales leads to establish new client relationships
- Take accurate role details from clients and consult on salary and market trends etc in order to help clients secure the best possible person
- Ideally the successful trainee recruitment consultant will be sales driven, competitive and money motivated wanting to secure a role that will finically reward your hard work
- Will want to work in an industry where you are promoted upon success when you hit your targets
- Will be a very strong communicator, able to speak to people at all levels in a business, and able to build rapport on the phone with people.
- You will need to be a confident character, and able to pick up the phone and speak to new people all day every day.
- Will be hard working and driven to succeed
- Ideally you will have some experience within sales, outbound telephone calls, or commercial office environment or have some recruitment experience to build upon.
- The trainee Recruitment Consultant does not have to be degree educated, however this is the preference. If you do not have a degree then they would like you have sales experience or experience in a transferable skill.

- 5pm finish (stay later if you have urgent work to finish off)
- Breakfast out once a month if you make a placement and then finish for the day.
- £5K a month threshold then 20% on everything you bill. Average invoice values are around £10K to £15K. This would be £2K in commission on top of your base salary after the desk threshold for one good placement in a month. Once you are trained it is likely you will be making more than one placement a month.
- Monthly Quarterly and annual sales incentives if you hit your billing targets
- Annual summer holiday trips for hitting sales targets e.g. to Ibiza or Marbella.
- **Interviews will be face to face and likely to be a one stage process.**

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
