**Responsibilities**:

- Demand and coordination of products to be baked.
- Perform quality control checks on baked goods.
- Ensure all kitchen rules and regulations are met.
- Keep the bakery's kitchen tidy and well organized.
- Weighing out ingriedients in preparation to produce goods.
- manage ovens and regulate temperatures.
