Service Excellence is a multi-functional, centralised service that sits within Housekeeping Accommodation. It’s directly accountable for a range of key operational tasks and activities, and your input in this Division will have a visible and measurable impact on the continuing delivery of a high-quality guest experience.

**HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER- SERVICE EXCELLENCE | £10.58 per hour**

This role involves carrying out cleaning duties in our accommodation units, this could include; stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping patios. You will also be liaising with our guests to ensure swift service recovery to aid a memorable stay as well as the preparation and upkeep of zone bases after change over days.

**HOURS OF WORK**

You will be contracted to work 138 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will typically fall between 12:30pm and 10pm, you will be required to work 2 weekends in 4.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

**ABOUT YOU**

You don’t need any experience in cleaning as full training will be provided and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.
