The role sits within the Prospect Development & Bid Management team in our Major Giving department. We are a small, supportive and fun bunch who provide expert due diligence, prospect management, identification and research services to the NSPCC's fundraising departments.
The team also has a role to play in sharing insight and knowledge on the latest trends in philanthropy and corporate giving with the rest of the directorate, and in ensuring that our fundraising and research practices are compliant with sectoral regulations.
You'll be joining a team that is passionate about providing a friendly, user centred and evidence driven service to the organisation, and that champions a supportive culture of authenticity.
The role - what will you be doing?
- You will gather and analyse information about prospective high value supporters, including individuals, corporate partners, and trusts.
- Using a number of external sources, you will present findings clearly and accurately, making use of your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- We rely on high quality data. You will contribute to ongoing improvements to our business support and information systems by evaluating effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.
