Job description
- Have experience in using the MS Office suite with a high proficiency in the use of MS Excel and a CRM or Database (preferably Salesforce)
- Have high attention to detail particularly for assessment and administration of benefits and record keeping
- Have an interest in, and commitment to, our cause
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Manage workload to deadlines
- Have discretion when dealing with sensitive materials
- Be a confident team player with a positive outlook who is able to work well with others
- Ability to manage time and a heavy workload effectively in a very fast-paced, high-energy growing and ever-changing environment

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience of working in a grant giving role
- Salesforce experience
- Form Assembly experience

**The day-to-day tasks**:

- To answer any queries relating to grants, and be the day to day contact for applicants
- To maintain an efficient filing system and database of beneficiaries ensuring the systems comply with data protection legislation and to handle sensitive and legal data appropriately
- Regular updates to the Grants Manager across the various grant streams
