**Full Job Description**

Let today be the start of something new by seizing this fantastic opportunity to join our team at Ilford Apartments Group. We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join us at Ilford. This role also requires driving team members to replenish supplies at our other serviced accommodations.

**Apartments**

As the Head Housekeeper, you will oversee the cleaning management and inventory of the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Supervisor will serve as the primary representative within the hotel, ensuring proactive client engagement. Additionally, you will be expected to assist the team as needed.

**Expectations**
- Consistently deliver a first-class cleaning standard
- Visit multiple site to maintain upkeep of standards
- **Must have full UK drivers licence**:

- Motivate the Housekeeping team to exceed client expectations
- Manage productivity, Supervisory hours and weekly meetings
- Proactive maintenance reporting
- Ensure Housekeeping complies with the hotels brand standards
- Health & Safety management.

**Experience**
- Housekeeping experience in a Hotel setting at Supervisor level or above
- Excellent people management skills
- A welcoming, friendly and outgoing manner and with the passion and ambition to develop and motivate your team
- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of quality
- A hands-on approach is needed - to support the housekeeping team
- Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 - £28000.00 per year

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
