Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for on-the-job training on PLCs and routes to progress to management, within a close-knit team for a reputable food manufacturer?

On offer is a Monday-Friday, 3-shift role which is varied and very hands-on, working on a variety of food manufacturing machinery.

In this role you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance to a range of machinery, working in a tight-knit team on ovens, presses, and various equipment across the site. There will be development and training along the way, with the opportunityto step into senior positions in the near future. You will be on call every 6th weekend.

This food manufacturer is well known within their industry, supplying to retailers such as Morrisons, Costa, and Tesco. They have numerous outlets across the North West and are aiming to drastically increase their presence over the next 5 years.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical qualification looking for a role which will help them develop their skills, with a wide variety of work in a close-knit team of Engineers.

**The Role**:

- PPM and RM on food manufacturing machinery
- On-the-job shadowing to increase your skillset, training on PLCs
- Progression paths to senior positions
- Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, 1:30pm-10pm, 10pm-6:30am, rotating weekly
- Every 6th Saturday 6am-12pm, on call until 10pm Sunday, then can take an extra day off the following week
