Yard Labourer

Construction Fencing Labourer, preferably with Grinder and Abrasive Wheel Experience ( or willing to learn)

Are you a labourer with a knack for working with grinders and abrasive wheels? Join our client's dynamic team based in Carlisle, a reputable manufacturer and distributor of construction fencing. This vacancy is to cover for long term sickness so our client is seeking a dedicated individual to support us in delivering high-quality fencing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of construction fencing products.
- Utilise your expertise with grinders and abrasive wheels to ensure precise shaping, finishing, and polishing of materials.
- working closely with a close-knit team to meet production targets efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Contribute to quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working with grinders and abrasive wheels is preferred.
- Proven track record in labour-intensive roles within a manufacturing or construction setting.
- The ability to work meticulously to achieve the desired finish.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and contribute positively to a small team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
