We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
- Preparing and printing labels and allocating information to Flight Coordinators.
- Ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery of food assembly and production lines.
- Providing accurate and timely information to the other department.
- Supporting the team lead in Ad hoc task
- Liaising with your direct reporting line for additional tasks required to operate the business.
- Taking proactive steps to improve your own skillset and knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and high understanding of different dialects.
- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
- Flexible to work various shifts/days
- Good communication
- Professional approach displaying credibility
- 5 year checkable and referenceable employment/educational history
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and communications skills
- Previous airline catering work experience is desirable
