Working with one of the leading online garden retailers in the UK, offering a range of garden products including sheds, summerhouses, log cabins, and fencing

**The job will entail**:

- Answering calls from customers and dealing with inquiries on their garden-building orders.
- Speaking to manufacturers and liaising on behalf of the customers.
- Face-to-face and telephone sales (NO cold calling), helping customers with incoming queries they may have about our products.
- Taking orders with customers over the phone.

**Hours/Days**:

- Working Monday to Friday. Starting at 8:45 am - 5:15 pm (1-hour lunch break).

**Skills & Requirements**:

- A driving Licence is a must.
- Confident on the phones.
- Computer literate.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Works well under pressure.
- You are organized and results-driven.
