We are recruiting for an experienced administrator who can support the client services manager and work closely with the existing team to deliver essential account administration. We require a well organised individual who can help support the installationprocess to ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service. You will manage communications between deliveries, engineers and onsite installations teams to support the completion of the project.
**Responsibilities**
- Take phone calls from our manufacturers, engineers and deliveries to ensure that goods are received and despatched on time from our suppliers.
- Liaise with our clients to arrange and confirm delivery dates, deal with changes and queries to dates, communicate changes with relevant members of staff and ensure accurate information is relayed and recorded.
- Ensure that the installation process is smooth, works ahead of schedule on delivery and on site once the machines are installed.
- Act as a go between and liaise confidently with all parties.
**What we're looking for in you**:
- Extremely strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to pick up information quickly
- Strong personality able to push back and organise
- Good working knowledge/experience of excel spreadsheets
- A self-starter, with exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask, especially when dealing with competing priorities
- Process oriented with the ability to see a task through to completion
- A team player who works effectively with others
