**Overview**
PepsiCo has embarked on an ambitious global program to transform and re-tool our marketing capabilities, enabled and fuelled by new to world brand, content and innovation insight tools/ capabilities. Media and Connections Planning is a critical agenda within this new global marketing capability framework.

As a result of the increased focus on delivering a stronger end-to-end marketing communications capability we are strengthening our Media & Total Connections Planning team in the UK. The Media Operations role has been designed to maximize our working and non-working media spend to ultimately increase the performance of our investment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage PepsiCo UK media investment taking into consideration the market environment to ensure best prices and YOY productivity.
- Champion Media as an investment using Market Mix Modelling (Econometrics), working with business partners to determine optimal channel splits and demonstrate ROI: share insight with budgeting stakeholders.
- Manage all types of productivity for all Media (reporting to Europe, media audit / evidence, delivery control).
- Leverage knowledge of all mediums and emerging media platforms to deliver against both the short-term and long-term objectives of the business.
- Identify emerging consumer trends and shifts in media consumption and assess how this impacts our communication approach.
- Develop KPI frameworks that translate business goals into defined Media outcomes and metrics and showcasing best practice.
- Build direct partnership with key digital partners to get maximum productivity and build capability with brand teams through Joint Business plan activations.
- Develop and implement Media Standards guidance, that set out our requirements, media quality (fraud, brand safety, viewability) and full supplier transparency.

**Qualifications** Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Procurement experience client or agency side
- Experienced user of key buying and optimisation systems
- Strong negotiations skill
