**Remuneration**: Will be on a retainer basis, rate to be negotiated

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a hardworking Handyperson to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs.

As a **handyperson**, it is your job to carry out repairs so having a broad range of craftsmanship and practical skills will prove useful when carrying out repairs or general maintenance. The work can range from regular fire tests and legionella testing as per statutory requirements, simple building maintenance including plumbing, painting and gardening.

**Duties**
- Regularly perform general maintenance jobs and light repairs
- Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
- Perform lighting maintenance, changing bulbs, etc.
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work, plus gaining quotes for any further work required.
- Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
- Regular fire alarm testing
- Regular legionella testing
- Painting and decorating

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a handyman
- Experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Problem solver
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £175.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: In person
