Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalised care services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide dementia care and support to individuals with memory impairments
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Reliably attend all shifts allocated, including being on time for all appointments as scheduled and contributing to covering unplanned staff absences.
- Deliver patient care with empathy and respect
- Prepare nutritious meals for clients based on dietary requirements
- Undertaking all training identified and agreed in your personal development plan.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in dementia care practices
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care
- Valid driving licence with a clean record for transporting clients
- Ability to provide patient care with sensitivity and professionalism
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.48-£15.93 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
