Operations Administrator

To efficiently and profitably schedule and dispatch Water Hygiene Engineers on behalf of BrodexTrident in order to complete contract visits, legionella risk assessments and corrective visits in line with customer requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Scheduling and booking of visits for your designated area.
- Proactively monitor engineer’s activity and process engineer time sheets.
- Monitor internal systems and ensure these are kept up to date.
- Updating asset lists on internal systems.
- Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time.

**Person Specification**
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
- Ability to follow process with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach

Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5.00pm
