We are a busy Hotel in the town centre and require a breakfast cook for approximately 15/20 hours per week spread over 3/4 shifts per week. Approximate hours are weekdays 6am-11am Weekends 7am-12pm.

**WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED**

You will be joining our team to provide our guests with a fresh and well maintained buffet breakfast experience. You must be enthusiastic and take pride in both the kitchen and food presentation. Some kitchen experience will be required but training will be given. Shifts to be advised but will involve weekend working. There will also be cover shifts for sickness and holidays.

**We are looking for an experienced and talented Breakfast Cook to join our fantastic team.**

**The Role**:
As a Breakfast Cook, your role will include:

- Preparing and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner
- Preparing ingredients for service
- Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
- Food ordering.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Responsible for food safety EHO paperwork.

**The Person**:

- The ability to work well independently and multi-task.
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends as per business needs.

Hourly Rate includes 12.07% Holiday Pay

Pay: From £12.82 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
