No two days will be the same which will give countless opportunities to learn and develop your skills, and as we begin to adopt new software and processes, you’ll have a real opportunity to help shape our future.
**Top 3 Tasks**:
Modernise our employment files, uploading documentation into iTrent, our HRIS, improving visibility and keeping us compliant.
Help the People team automate processes through our HRIS, allowing us to spend more time in the future on what matters.
- Make our line manager’s roles easier by helping streamline their processes using technology.
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Is driven and shares our vision of the future.
- Has previous experience using iTrent.
- Has outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
**What's on offer..**:
- £25,000 - £28,000 salary per annum, dependent on experience.
- 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays (pro-rata for fixed term period.)
- Flexible working arrangement including a shorter 1pm finish once per week, plus one other day from home each week.
