Bay Tree Cleaning are an independent cleaning company with over 20 years’ experience, providing regular cleaning services to more than 200 clients and working with over 50 cleaners.

If you are a strong communicator, have demonstrable experience of prioritising and the ability to work well within a job share role, we'd love to hear from you.

**The role**

**Duties to include**
- Dealing with client and cleaner enquires
- Upselling services
- Accounting queries
- Resolving existing queries and issues as they arise
- Managing cleaner’s timetables and schedules
- Maintain management systems and processes

**Experience and skills**
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Enjoy working on own and with others
- Administration experience
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to learn on the job and adapt to change
- Comfortable using social media

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
