**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Calling customers and updating them about the college’s skills, apprenticeship and employment provisions
- Addressing any customer queries and complaints
- Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Maintaining and updating database with customer information
- Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
- Feeding into detailed sales reports
- Passing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives
- Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
- Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies
- Keeping up-to-date with the college offer and priorities
- Assisting in facilitating future sales
- Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department
- Ad-Hoc duties as required

**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
- Comply with internal and external quality standards and contribute to the College’s strategic aims.
- Comply with college policies and procedures and health and safety regulations
- Support the safeguarding and promotion of students’ welfare
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to all college information and to comply with Data Protection Legislation
- Participate in the College’s Appraisal scheme and undertake any training as required
- Support and actively participate in the implementation of the College’s Equal Opportunity policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,857.00-£23,776.00 per year
