Clerk/typist

The Clerk/Typist will provide an efficient administrative and clerical service to support clinicians/professionals primarily within the Primary Care Mental Health Support Service. The role will also include data entry using multiple systems and outpatient clinic reception as and when required.

The Clerk/Typist may also be required to cover at any site within the Mental Health Directorate as directed by their line manager.

The main duties of the role will be processing referrals, managing appointments and supporting outpatient clinic following departmental procedures to ensure compliance with Part 1 of the Mental Health Measure.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
