Hamleys are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Hamleys Expert (or Team Leader) to assist the management team by motivating colleagues through clear communication and effective delegation.

**As a Hamleys Expert your key responsibilities include**:

- Presenting a professional image and positive attitude to internal and external customers
- Gaining product knowledge expertise within all product groups in the store and sharing this with the team
- Effectively deputing for the Management team in their absence, including opening or closing floor/store where required
- Being a role model and supporting the team in delivering award winning service
- Supporting the Hamleys trading and promotional programme by setting appropriate targets for yourself and the team
- Effectively communicating with all the team on promotional and operational information
